Give Mentions Monitor your keywords and the YouTube channels you care about. It reads the captions of their new uploads, searches recent YouTube uploads for each keyword, and shows you the exact sentence with a link to the moment it was said.
What it does
Mentions Monitor searches what was said in videos and podcasts. It uses the captions on YouTube videos and the transcripts of podcast episodes you already follow in Show Notes, and searches them for your keywords.
Mentions Monitor only looks where you point it, plus a YouTube search for each keyword. Channel scans run every 30 minutes and the keyword search runs every few hours. YouTube videos without captions are skipped and counted in the scan summary, so you know what wasn't checked.

Paste a channel link or @handle. The newest uploads of each channel are checked on every scan.

Each keyword is also searched across YouTube uploads from the past week, every few hours.

Feeds you added in Show Notes are checked too, using the transcripts Show Notes already made.
The quote and the time
Each mention has the sentence that was said, the timestamp, and a link that opens the video at that moment.
You can see what it checked
After every scan the page says how many videos were checked, how many had no captions, and how many new mentions turned up.
